Shay has over sixteen years of ICT experience in large enterprises. For the last eleven years, he has lead Security, Privacy, and Cyber Forensics teams in leading multi-national security and networking companies. Prior to that, he acquired first-hand experience in over 6 years of IT Security Management and consulting roles in the Defence industries.

Joseph is a security executive with over 18 years of experience in leading security organizations in multiple business verticals.
With unique business focused perspective on the CISO practice, Joseph performed multiple security management roles in global enterprises, building and mentoring local and distributed security teams.
He carried out numerous security programs in the areas of Security strategy development, Security and Privacy programs such as PCI DSS, SOC2, GDPR, ISO 27001, and related compliance frameworks, designed cloud security architecture (mainly AWS), Secure SDLC, Incident Response and Digital Forensics.
